Unfortunately we cannot help you with that. The password is not stored and we have no way to recover it. You can create a new incognito survey and start over.
It is extremely important to save the admin link and password. You can email the key to your inbox from settings page.

Our surveys are designed to be embedded in your website. You need to enable embedding for the distribution channel and implement a simple iframe based protocol to show the survey.
