YourOpinion offers full custom domain support on our standard Workspace plan for a flat rate of 25€/mo, making it one of the most affordable white-label survey engines available.
When you upgrade to a Workspace and connect your custom domain, all YourOpinion branding is automatically removed. Your respondents will only see your brand and your URL (e.g., feedback.yourcompany.com) from the moment they click the link to the final "Thank You" screen.
Setting up your custom domain takes just a few minutes. You simply add a standard CNAME record to your domain's DNS settings pointing to our servers. Once verified, your branded survey URL goes live immediately. We also handle the SSL certificate provisioning automatically for free.
You can create a separate distribution channel where every user will get its own personal link. Just make sure you don not send the same link to different people or share it publicly.
Our surveys are designed to be embedded in your website. Add two lines of HTML and the Embed SDK handles the rest - sizing, theming and events. You can embed as an inline widget, modal dialog, side drawer, corner popover or floating button.
Unfortunately we cannot help you with that. The password is not stored and we have no way to recover it. You can create a new incognito survey and start over.
